So early today I was told that DaVinci Resolve (Blackmagic Design’s Color Correction software) released a Lite version. Since it was free I figured I would try it out. So far I am pleased with how it works. I took my Fork Factory Brook project and removed all of its original color correction (done with Magic Bullet Looks) and will be re-doing it with Resolve Lite. I will add that version to the original post and talk about how it compares with Final Cut Pro’s color correction as well as Magic Bullet Looks.
